Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Content Writer role based in New Delhi. The Content Writer will be responsible for crafting high-quality web content, developing strategic content plans, conducting thorough research, and producing engaging written materials. Additional responsibilities include proofreading content to ensure accuracy and clarity, providing support in content development processes, and aligning content with the company’s goals and audience. The role requires creativity and precision to effectively communicate complex ideas.
YMGrad is a fast-paced study abroad consulting firm. The post is for the position of a content writer. We are looking for people with experience in working with students on their journey to study abroad in countries like the USA, Canada, Germany, and more.
You will often find yourself shortlisting universities for students, guiding them on how to improve their profile, and learning more every day along the way. Training is available for candidates who need the same.
However, we will still need people without grammar issues in their writing.
Responsibilities
- Create new content to assist students in their applications.
- Work closely with students in the consulting team.
- Optimise content for blogs using SEO best practices
- Helping with writing petitions to government bodies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Web Content Writing, Writing, and crafting compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy, including planning and structuring content to achieve business and marketing goals.
- Strong Research skills to develop well-informed and accurate content that resonates with the target audience.
- Attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of quality in Proofreading and editorial processes.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the education or admissions consulting sector is a plus.
