Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Content Writer who understands that content is not just writing — it’s a growth engine.
This role requires someone who can:
Think strategically
Write creatively
Execute with precision
And most importantly produce 100% human-written content (strict no AI-generated content policy)
You will be responsible for creating high-quality, SEO-driven, research-backed content that ranks, engages, and converts.
Applicants who can work on-site (Srinagar, J&K) will be preferred.
Core Responsibilities
Content Creation & Ownership
Write long-form blogs, SEO articles, landing pages, website copy, and research-based content
Create content aligned with brand voice, audience persona, and business goals
Ensure every piece of content is original, human-written, and plagiarism-free
Translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and structured content
SEO & Keyword Strategy Execution
Perform keyword research, clustering, and search intent mapping
Write content optimized for:
Primary + secondary keywords
Featured snippets
SERP ranking
Implement on-page SEO best practices (H1-H6 structure, internal linking, meta descriptions)
Work closely with the SEO team to improve organic traffic and rankings
Research & Content Depth
Conduct deep research using credible sources
Analyze competitor content and identify content gaps
Create data-backed and insight-driven articles
Ensure factual accuracy and industry relevance
Editing & Quality Control
Proofread and edit content for:
Clarity
Grammar
Readability
Flow
Maintain high editorial standards and consistency
Ensure content meets Vynce Digital quality benchmarks
Content Strategy Contribution
Assist in building content calendars and topic clusters
Suggest new content ideas based on:
Keyword opportunities
Market trends
Audience behavior
Contribute to content funnel strategy (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
Performance-Oriented Writing
Write content that:
Drives organic traffic
Improves engagement metrics
Supports lead generation
Optimize existing content based on performance data
Strict Content Policy (Important)
All content must be 100% human-written
No AI-generated or AI-assisted content is allowed
Content will be evaluated for:
Originality
Authentic voice
Depth of thinking
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in content writing / copywriting
Proven experience in SEO content writing
Strong understanding of:
Keyword research
Search intent
On-page SEO
Exceptional command of English (grammar, tone, clarity)
Ability to write long-form, research-heavy content
Strong analytical and research skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience with SEO tools like:
Ahrefs
SEMrush
Google Search Console
Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms
Understanding of:
Content funnels
Conversion copywriting
UX writing basics
