Accounting & Financial Outsourcing firm serving UK & Ireland clients. We specialize in Accounts, Audit, Taxation, Payroll, AML Compliance, and Financial Offshoring services. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer who understands professional services and can create high-quality content for international audiences.
Job Summary:
The Content Writer will be responsible for developing engaging, SEO-optimized, and value-driven content that strengthens XL KPO’s brand presence across digital platforms and supports lead generation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
✍️ Content Creation
Write high-quality content for:
- Website pages (Service pages – Accounts, Audit, Tax, Payroll, AML)
- Blog articles (UK accounting, tax updates, outsourcing insights)
- LinkedIn posts & company updates
- Email marketing campaigns
- Case studies & client success stories
- Job descriptions and hiring posts
- 📈 SEO & Digital Marketing Support
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Optimize content for search engines and improve website ranking.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan content calendars.
- 🌍 UK and Ireland Market-Focused Content
- Create content aligned with UK accounting regulations and terminology.
- Simplify technical accounting/tax topics into easy-to-understand content.
- Research industry updates (UK Tax, HMRC, Companies House, etc.).
- 📢 Branding & Communication
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and professional corporate voice.
- Assist in creating brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Support social media engagement strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in content writing (B2B preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to research technical topics and convert them into engaging content.
- Experience writing for Accounting, Finance, Outsourcing, or Corporate services will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and basic Canva knowledge is a plus.
