Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Writer role based in Ahmedabad. The Content Writer will create clear, engaging content for the company’s website, blogs, property listings, and marketing materials, tailored to homebuyers, investors, and business clients. Daily responsibilities include researching local real estate trends and projects, writing and updating content, proofreading for accuracy and consistency, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns. The role involves translating complex property information into accessible language, maintaining brand voice across channels, and ensuring that all written materials are accurate, informative, and aligned with company guidelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills for websites, blogs, and marketing collateral.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, structure, and optimize content for different audiences and channels.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills to gather and validate information on properties, markets, and industry trends.
- Candidates should possess excellent Proofreading skills to ensure clarity, consistency, and error-free content.
- Strong command of written English; ability to write in a clear, concise, and audience-focused manner.
- Basic understanding of real estate concepts or willingness to learn quickly; prior experience in real estate or consulting is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple content tasks and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
