About VGTS 

Vish Gyana Technology Solutions (VGTS) is a Chennai-based software development and digital transformation company. We help businesses across India and the US go from idea to impact — building custom AI-powered applications, modernizing legacy systems, and helping organizations adopt new technology in ways that actually stick. 

Our clients range from Swiss e-commerce platforms to US market research firms. We are now building our marketing team and this is one of the first hires on it. 

 

Why this role exists 

VGTS does strong work. The gap is visibility. Decision-makers evaluating software development partners and AI adoption consultants need to find us, trust us, and understand why we are different — before they ever talk to our sales team. This role exists to close that gap through content. 

 

What you will own 

• SEO blog posts on topics like AI adoption for mid-size companies, custom software vs off-the-shelf, digital transformation pitfalls, and how businesses are using AI to automate operations 
• Case studies from VGTS client engagements — you will interview our delivery teams and shape raw outcomes into compelling stories 
• LinkedIn content for the VGTS company page and founders, building thought leadership in software development and AI 
• Website copy — service pages, landing pages, and the homepage — written to speak to CTOs, IT heads, and business owners 
• Sales enablement material: capability decks, one-pagers, and proposal templates the sales team uses in active conversations 
• Email nurture sequences for inbound leads at different stages of the funnel 

What we are looking for 

Must have: 

• 2–4 years of content writing in B2B technology, IT services, SaaS, or a digital agency 
• Strong English writing — you can write for a US CTO and an Indian operations head in the same week, in different tones 
• Comfortable writing about technology without being an engineer — you research well, ask good questions, and simplify accurately 
• Experience producing case studies or client success narratives 
• Working knowledge of SEO: keyword intent, on-page structure, and what makes content rank 

 

Good to have: 

• Experience writing about AI adoption, digital transformation, or enterprise software 
• Exposure to writing for a US or global audience from India 
• Writing samples that show both long-form technical content and short punchy copy
