Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer to join TurkStart on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will create engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content related to startups, technology, entrepreneurship, and investment trends.
Key Responsibilities
Research and write high-quality articles, blog posts, and platform content related to startups and entrepreneurship.
Create engaging content that aligns with TurkStart’s brand voice and audience.
Conduct research on startups, founders, investors, and market trends in Türkiye.
Optimize content for SEO and digital platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing and editorial team to plan content calendars.
Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Produce content for website updates, newsletters, and social media platforms.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
Strong research and storytelling skills.
Excellent written English and attention to detail.
Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote environment.
Interest in startups, venture capital, or technology industry is preferred.
Experience writing for digital platforms or startup ecosystems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
Portfolio of published articles or writing samples.
Familiarity with startup ecosystems, particularly Türkiye or emerging markets.
Contract Details
Remote role (India-based candidates preferred).
