Role Description The Content Writer at Trek The Himalayas will create clear, engaging, and informative content that showcases Himalayan treks, company initiatives, and brand values. This full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun involves writing and updating web pages, blog articles, trek descriptions, safety guidelines, and marketing copy aligned with TTH’s tone and standards. The Content Writer will conduct research on trekking routes, local culture, and high-altitude safety to ensure factual and reliable content. They will collaborate with trek leaders, operations teams, and marketing to gather on-ground insights, develop content plans, and support campaigns and social media activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and editing content, proofreading for accuracy and consistency, optimizing content for digital platforms, and maintaining a content calendar.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing
- Strong storytelling and research skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidate should be based in Dehradun only
- Travel writing experience will be an added advantage
- Passion for long-form content writing
