Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Content / Copy Writer with experience in creating Learning & Development (L&D) and training-related content. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex concepts into engaging, learner-friendly content while maintaining clarity, creativity, and instructional effectiveness.
The role requires someone who can work closely with internal teams to develop training modules, learning material, scripts, presentations, and communication content across various formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and structured L&D and training content for different learning formats
- Develop training modules, facilitator guides, learner handbooks, presentations, scripts, assessments, and e-learning content
- Write clear, concise, and impactful copy tailored to different audiences and learning objectives
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client teams to understand content requirements
- Adapt tone, style, and messaging based on the target audience and platform
- Conduct basic research to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Review and edit content to maintain quality, consistency, and brand alignment
- Support in developing communication content, internal campaigns, and knowledge documents when required
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or instructional/L&D content creation
- Prior experience in developing training or learning-related content is mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of content structuring and storytelling
- Ability to simplify complex information into easy-to-understand learning material
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading/editing skills
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Google Slides, and MS Office tools preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with corporate training, e-learning, or instructional design teams
- Understanding of learner engagement and adult learning principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
