Role Description
Protouch is seeking a full-time, on-site Content Writer to join our team in Ahmedabad.
The Content Writer will be responsible for crafting compelling, consumer-focused, and brand-aligned content across all digital and marketing touchpoints. This includes website copy, product descriptions, blogs, emailers, ad copy, social media captions, and campaign content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the beauty and personal care industry, with the ability to translate product features, ingredients, and technology into engaging stories that educate, inspire, and convert customers.
This role requires close collaboration with the marketing, design, performance, and product teams to ensure consistency in brand voice while driving customer engagement and sales.
Role Description :
- Write clear, persuasive, and engaging content for website pages, landing pages, and product descriptions.
- Develop educational and trend-driven blog articles focused on skincare, haircare, beauty technology, and self-care.
- Create high-converting copy for digital ads, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Write social media captions and campaign messaging aligned with current beauty trends and consumer insights.
- Translate product benefits, ingredients, and technology into simple, compelling customer-focused language.
- Conduct research on beauty trends, skincare ingredients, consumer behavior, and competitor messaging.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice that reflects Protouch’s premium and innovative brand identity.
Qualification :
- 2–4 years of proven experience in content writing or copywriting.
- Prior experience with D2C brands, preferably in beauty, skincare, personal care, or wellness.
- Exceptional command of English with strong grammar, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to write for multiple formats, including websites, blogs, product descriptions, ads, emailers, and social media.
- Understanding of beauty terminology, skincare ingredients, consumer psychology, and conversion-focused writing.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.
- Strong research skills and the ability to adapt content to evolving trends and audience preferences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
