🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative Content Writer who can craft engaging, relatable, and high-performing content across digital platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping Pilot’s voice and driving user engagement.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Create content for social media, ads, and campaigns
Write short-form content (reels, captions, hooks, scripts)
Understand user pain points and convert them into impactful messaging
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign execution
Maintain brand tone and consistency across all content
Research trends and create viral/relatable content ideas
✅ Requirements
1+ year experience in content writing / social media content
Strong command of English (Telugu is a plus)
Understanding of digital marketing & audience psychology
Ability to create engaging, scroll-stopping content
Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & short-form content trends
🌟 Bonus (Good to Have)
Experience in startup or fast-paced environment
Meme marketing / viral content understanding
Script writing for reels/videos
