Job Description: Content Writer
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Stipend/Compensation: ₹35,000–₹40,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
About The Role
We're looking for a creative and performance-driven Content Writer with 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing content. If you have a knack for writing scroll-stopping Meta ad copy, engaging YouTube content, and high-converting marketing communication, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Write compelling and conversion-focused copy for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.
- Create engaging YouTube content, including video titles, descriptions, scripts, thumbnails copy, and community posts.
- Develop high-performing ad creatives, captions, hooks, and CTAs for social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative, performance marketing, and design teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Research audience insights, market trends, and competitor content to create fresh, relevant copy.
- Maintain brand voice and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
- Optimize content based on campaign performance and platform best practices.
Requirement
- 3–4 years of experience in content writing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or D2C brand.
- Strong expertise in writing Meta ad copy and YouTube content.
- Excellent command of English with exceptional grammar and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing, performance campaigns, and content optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with AI writing tools and SEO is Aplus.
