About the Role- We are looking for a skilled and versatile Content Writer to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with agency experience, capable of creating impactful content across platforms while managing projects end-to-end. This role requires a research-driven mindset, sharp writing skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with clients and internal creative teams.
Key Responsibilities -
• Create high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and campaigns
• Conceptualise video ideas and develop scripts for short-form and long-form video content
• Write thought leadership and long-form articles for LinkedIn, specifically for senior management • Draft employee emailers, internal communications, and corporate announcements
• Develop compelling award entries, case studies, and success stories for clients
• Understand and discuss client briefs, translate requirements for the creative team, and manage projects from ideation to final delivery
• Follow a research-first approach to content creation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and depth
• Proofread and quality-check influencer content and third-party media videos to ensure brand and language consistency
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of content writing experience working for global/reputed brands in a digital marketing or PR agency
- Proven expertise in writing for social media, digital campaigns, and video scripting
- Strong command over written English; English graduate or post-graduate preferred
- Experience in internal communications, corporate content, and leadership communication
- Hands-on experience with award entries and case study development
- Strong research, editing, and proofreading skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Should not be dependent on AI tools for content creation
