About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Content Writer who can transform ideas into engaging and meaningful learning content. If you enjoy storytelling, structuring concepts, and creating impactful learning experiences, this role could be a great fit for you.
Experience: 1-3 Years (Freshers and trainees with strong writing skills are also welcome to apply)
Location: Onsite - Bavdhan, Pune
Role Description
The right candidate will be willing and able to:
- Create clear and engaging written content that brings ideas to life.
- Conceptualize and write scripts for microlearning projects based on given ideas, concepts, or client requirements.
- Write scenarios and restructure or rewrite content when required.
- Follow writing guidelines and deliver accurate, error-free content.
- Plan and develop assessments that align with the defined learning objectives.
- Understand the target audience and make effective content development decisions.
- Take responsibility and ownership of assigned content pieces.
- Collaborate with designers, video developers, animators, course owners, and occasionally with clients during the content development process.
- Work across different genres of writing, as Multiversity operates across multiple learning verticals.
- Apply strong English language skills to create clear and impactful learning content.

The Ideal Candidate We Are Looking For:
- Strong command of English communication, especially reading and writing skills.
- Proven experience in writing. Any work samples that demonstrate your writing ability are welcome.
- A portfolio or proof of your writing, such as articles, scripts, blogs, or other relevant content.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with the assigned team on project tasks.
- Strong attention to grammar, language accuracy, and overall content quality.
- Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for the work delivered.
- Openness to feedback, suggestions, and revisions from team leads, clients, senior management, QA team and fellow content writers.
- A positive attitude towards assigned tasks and the ability to work with interest and commitment.
Education, Training, and Certification :
- Bachelor’s degree in English or Literature/Instructional Design/Communications/Mass Communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Teaching, Computer training /IT Education training preferred.
