Key Responsibilities
Packaging & Retail Content
- Write concise and persuasive copy for product packaging, POSM, displays and retail signage.
- Translate technical product features into easy-to-understand parent benefits.
- Ensure accuracy of safety warnings, instructions and compliance-related content.
E-commerce & Digital Content
- Create SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, bullet points and image copy for Amazon, marketplaces and the brand website.
- Write engaging blogs and educational content around baby care, parenting and child development.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search visibility and conversion.
Customer Engagement
- Create conversational content for WhatsApp, email and customer follow-ups.
- Develop first-time buyer and post-purchase communication journeys.
- Create digital manuals, product guides and milestone-based engagement content to improve customer retention.
