About the Role
We are looking for a thoughtful and organised Content Writer to join our team.
The role involves planning and writing content for multiple brands across formats including social media, videos, websites, blogs and marketing materials. The ideal candidate should be able to generate content ideas, maintain structured content calendars and write clear, engaging across both short and long form formats.
You will write for brands across fitness, F&B, beauty and hospitality. You will work closely with our design and video team to ensure content is executed smoothly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Planning: Plan and maintain structured content calendars for different brands.
- Short Form Writing: Write captions, short scripts, website copy and other marketing content.
- Long Form Writing: Write blogs, articles, newsletters, brand stories and website landing pages that are well researched, engaging and aligned with each brand's voice.
- Idea Generation: Develop creative content ideas for posts, campaigns, blog topics and video concepts.
- Briefing & Handoff: Prepare clear content briefs for the design and video team to ensure smooth execution.
- Content Management: Maintain organised content plans and track publishing schedules across short and long format pieces.
- Research: Stay aware of relevant trends and insights that may support content development.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in content writing, marketing or communications.
- Writing Ability: Strong written English with clear and structured communication across both short and long form content.
- Creativity: Ability to consistently generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Organisation: Comfortable maintaining content calendars and working with multiple deadlines.
- Tools: Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets and basic content planning tools.

Additional Information
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and portfolio).
