We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with 2+ years of experience in technical content creation. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, excellent writing skills, and a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, software development, and emerging technologies. You will work closely with our product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to create compelling content that educates, engages, and drives business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality technical and AI-focused content for websites, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, product pages, and documentation.
- Write engaging content related to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Cloud, and Software Development.
- Develop marketing collateral including email campaigns, brochures, presentations, social media posts, and newsletters.
- Simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to create accurate and impactful content.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Conduct industry research to stay updated with the latest AI trends and emerging technologies.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical content writing.
- Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, software technologies, and digital transformation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience writing technical blogs, product documentation, and website content.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.
- Ability to research technical topics and convert them into engaging content.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts, APIs, cloud platforms, and SaaS products.
- Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Familiarity with tools like Grammarly, Canva, Google Analytics, or SEO tools is an added advantage.
