Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Content Writer, located in Ahmedabad. The Technical Content Writer will be responsible for creating, editing, and updating technical documentation, user manuals, and web content. The role will involve working closely with developers, designers, and project managers to produce clear, concise, and engaging technical materials. This person will also conduct in-depth research to write and optimize content and ensure it aligns with the company’s brand and communication strategy.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Technical Content Writing, Document Drafting, and Editing
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and familiarity with Liferay platform or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to conduct detailed Research and translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
- Strong Written Communication, Critical Thinking, and Problem-Solving skills
- Experience with Content Strategy and Digital Content Optimization
- Advanced attention to Detail and Proofreading expertise
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for technical content is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
