About The Role
We are seeking talented and detail-oriented English Content Writers and Copy Editors to join our remote team in India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of educational content that influences thousands of learners across the country. As part of our editorial team, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and refining instructional materials tailored for K–12 education. Your work will directly impact the quality of learning resources, ensuring they are engaging, accurate, and aligned with curriculum standards. The position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong command of the English language, and a passion for educational excellence.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in English language and education, with demonstrated experience in content creation or editing within the educational domain. Candidates should have a proven ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging instructional content. A familiarity with K–12 curriculum standards, editorial style conventions, and digital collaboration tools is essential. Preference will be given to individuals with experience in instructional design, educational publishing, or related fields. Candidates must reside in India and be able to work remotely, demonstrating excellent time management and communication skills to meet project deadlines effectively.
Responsibilities
Develop engaging, age-appropriate, and instructionally sound educational content tailored for K–12 students. This includes creating and refining student-facing learning materials, assessments, activities, and teacher-facing resources that align with educational standards and curriculum frameworks. Review and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, language precision, and consistency in tone, style, and formatting. Ensure all materials are clear, readable, and effectively communicate instructional objectives. Maintain internal consistency across terminology and content structures to uphold quality standards. Collaborate closely with instructional designers, curriculum specialists, and content teams to incorporate feedback and refine materials efficiently. Identify content gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement through editorial judgment, contributing to continuous content enhancement. Utilize digital collaboration tools to streamline workflows and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. Apply responsible AI tools when appropriate, maintaining rigorous human oversight to preserve content integrity.
