Job Title: Content Writer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile Content Writer who can craft compelling brand stories, social media content, video scripts, and campaign messaging across platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong flair for storytelling, a deep understanding of digital trends, and the ability to create engaging content that drives organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✍️ Content Writing & Ideation
- Write crisp, impactful copy for social media, blogs, website, emailers, and digital campaigns
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to bring ideas to life through strong storytelling
- Adapt tone and messaging for different platforms and audience segments
📈 Social Media Growth & Engagement
- Create scroll-stopping captions, hashtags, and post ideas to enhance organic reach
- Stay updated on content trends, reels formats, challenges, and meme culture
- Optimize content for discoverability (SEO and platform algorithms)
- Engage with the audience through comments and timely responses when required
🔍 Content Planning & Execution
- Contribute to monthly content calendars in collaboration with marketing and design teams
- Track performance of content and refine strategies based on insights
- Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies
Must-Have Skills:
- Excellent command of written English (grammar, clarity, and tone)
- Strong storytelling ability across formats — static, video, and copy
- Experience writing for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
- Understanding of platform algorithms and content optimization
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital content structuring
