Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile Content Writer who can create compelling, concise, and strategic content to support our business development and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable writing business proposals, website content, sales pitch decks, press releases, and marketing collaterals.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and write client proposals, RFP responses, and capability decks.
- Craft clear, engaging content for company website pages, service descriptions, and blogs.
- Write press releases, partnership announcements, and news articles.
- Create high-impact copy for sales presentations, pitch decks, and brochures.
- Ensure brand tone, consistency, and messaging across all materials.
- Collaborate with designers, marketing, sales, and tech teams to align content with goals.
- Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and structure.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' content strategies.
Must-Have Skills
- Excellent command of English (grammar, style, vocabulary).
- Proven experience writing proposals and B2B content.
- Strong understanding of business language and storytelling for tech solutions.
- Ability to research and simplify complex information.
- Familiarity with SEO basics and content structure.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs/Slides.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant writing experience (agency or IT background is a plus).
- Knowledge of tech terminologies (Web/App Development, SaaS, Performance Marketing, etc.).
- Experience using tools like Grammarly, Canva, SurferSEO, or Notion.
