About the Role
Dot Media is looking for a Creative Writer with strong ideation skills to craft engaging scripts for influencer marketing campaigns. The role involves turning brand briefs into authentic, platform-friendly scripts that influencers can deliver naturally while still meeting campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and storylines for influencer-led campaigns.
- Write short-form scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and brand integrations.
- Translate brand briefs into influencer-friendly storytelling formats.
- Create hooks, dialogues, and talking points that align with influencer personalities.
- Collaborate with strategy, influencer marketing, and brand teams to execute campaigns.
- Adapt scripts to different content styles (comedy, lifestyle, storytelling, trends, POV, etc.).
- Ensure scripts feel organic and not overly promotional for influencer audiences.
- Stay updated with social media trends, memes, and viral content formats.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in creative writing, advertising, influencer marketing, or digital content.
- Strong ideation and storytelling skills for short-form content.
- Experience writing scripts for influencers, reels, or social media videos.
- Good understanding of creator-led content and audience behavior.
- Ability to write concise, engaging scripts (30–90 seconds).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
