We’re seeking an experienced wordsmith who can create meaningful and engaging content in various formats, such as blog posts, case studies, and social media creatives for a B2B audience. As part of our Content Team, you would contribute directly and indirectly to the company's branding, marketing, and sales initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to produce original content;
- Write precise and captivating copy for various internal and external marketing posts and campaigns;
- Develop long and short-form content for case studies, blogs, articles, and other sales and marketing collateral;
- Storyboard and create content for creative/promotional videos;
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to illustrate or visualize content pieces;
- Adhere to brand guidelines (tone, style, font, etc.) while creating content.
Skills Required
- 2-3 years of content writing experience;
- A Bachelor's in English, Mass Communication, or related field;
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English (with the traits of a Grammar Nazi);
- A knack for creativity and storytelling;
- Proficiency working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- The ability to use AI tools to support your writing process while keeping your content humane and impactful;
- Familiarity with keyword research and SEO-based practices;
- The ability to bring uniqueness to your writing in an era of Generative AI-driven content;
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach to collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders;
- Knowledge of or experience working with the IT industry, specifically in software engineering, is a plus;
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) is a plus.
