The RoleWe are looking for an in-office Content Writer who possesses an excellent command of the written word and a strong editorial eye. While your core value lies in your creative thinking, structural planning, and human touch, you must be highly proficient in utilizing generative AI tools to optimize your workflow, accelerate research, and scale production without compromising on quality.
Key Responsibilities- High-Quality Content Creation: Research and write engaging, well-structured long-form blogs, website landing pages, articles, and social media copy.
- AI-Workflow Integration (Must-Have): Use generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) as a core part of your daily process for brainstorming, outlining, and drafting to maximize efficiency.
- Human-Centric Editing: Rigorously edit, rewrite, and polish initial drafts to inject personality, ensure a natural flow, eliminate generic "AI voice," and match specific client brand guidelines.
- Fact-Checking & E-E-A-T Assurance: Thoroughly verify all data, claims, and technical concepts to ensure 100% factual accuracy and meet Google's strict quality standards.
- On-Page SEO Optimization: Naturally integrate primary and secondary keywords, optimize heading structures (H2/H3), and write compelling meta descriptions.
- In-Office Collaboration: Coordinate daily with our in-house SEO specialists, designers, and marketing teams to execute content calendars seamlessly.
Key Requirements- Excellent Writing Skills: Exceptional command of English grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and tone modulation.
- Mandatory AI Literacy: Practical, hands-on experience using AI writing assistants to speed up content workflows. You must know how to prompt effectively to get the best outputs.
- Strict WFO Commitment: This is an absolute in-office position at our Jaipur location; remote or hybrid work setups are not available.
- SEO Fundamentals: Solid understanding of search intent, user experience, and keyword optimization.
- Speed & Scalability: Ability to leverage technology to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple content pipelines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications- Familiarity with content and SEO tools like Surfer SEO, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- A diverse portfolio of published blogs, articles, or copywriting samples that demonstrate strong readability.
