🔍 Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Content Writer (Marathi & English) with a strong background in agriculture to develop high-quality, technically accurate, and engaging content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating content that educates farmers, promotes agricultural products, and supports our marketing and technical teams.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Develop technical and promotional content for agricultural products like bio-fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, plant growth promoters, etc.
Write product manuals, training material, farmer handbooks, trial reports, and case studies in Marathi and English.
Create engaging content for brochures, banners, leaflets, social media, blogs, and websites.
Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language suitable for farmers and field staff.
Collaborate with agronomists, R&D, and marketing teams to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
Research market trends, government schemes, seasonal practices, and regional agri-needs to generate fresh content.
Write video scripts, dealer communication, and field staff presentations.
Ensure all content is SEO-friendly, consistent in style, and aligned with branding guidelines.
Proofread, edit, and revise existing content to improve readability and accuracy.
🎯 Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong command of Marathi and English (spoken and written).
Sound knowledge of agriculture concepts (crop production, IPM, PGRs, fertilizers, etc.).
Content writing experience in the agriculture domain is mandatory.
Ability to simplify technical content for a non-technical or farmer audience.
Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and research skills.
Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media platforms is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
📚 Educational Qualification:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture / Agri-Business or related field.
Additional qualification in Mass Communication, Journalism, or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.
