Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Content & Website Specialist (Marketing & Growth). The role involves managing and writing web content, creating and executing content strategies, and handling content across various platforms. Responsibilities include overseeing content management systems, ensuring consistency in tone and branding, and collaborating with teams to enhance customer engagement strategies. The specialist will also contribute to marketing initiatives to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Web Content Writing, Content Strategy, and Writing skills
- Proficiency in Content Management and maintaining a cohesive brand voice
- Exceptional Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with customer engagement platforms and marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
a) 1–3 years of experience in content writing, website management, or digital marketing
b) Strong writing and communication skills
c) Hands-on experience with website platforms
d) Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization
e) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
f) Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership
g) Familiarity with tools like Canva, basic analytics, or AI tools (good to have)
Responsibilities
a) Create high-quality content including blogs, website content, social media posts, emailers, and marketing materials
b) Manage and regularly update the company website including content updates, landing pages, and basic design improvements and should be able to create emails, case studies and other marketing collaterals
c) Ensure website content is optimized for SEO (keywords, structure, readability, performance)
d) Take ownership of publishing blogs and keeping the website content fresh and relevant
e) Work on improving organic reach through SEO best practices and content strategies
f) Support marketing and promotional activities through content creation and execution
g) Collaborate with internal teams to understand services and translate them into compelling content
h) Identify opportunities to improve website engagement, content performance, and user experience
i) Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and communication across all platforms
j) Take initiative in suggesting and executing new ideas for content, website improvements, and growth
