Job details:
We're not looking for someone to "manage" our social media.
We're looking for someone who feels what good content is - and can make a founder, a phone camera, and 60 seconds tell a story that actually lands.
If you've been editing videos since you were 16 just because you couldn't stop - this is for you.
About QBee
QBee is India's first AI Coach for students of classes 8th to 12th and competitive exams including IIT-JEE and CUET. We are live in real schools and institutes across India, with students using QBee every day.
The Role
You won't be scheduling posts. You won't be making Canva templates.
You'll be behind the camera as a founding-stage AI startup builds something real - documenting it, shaping it, and making the right people care about it.
You'll shoot, edit, and publish content that shows the world what QBee is doing on the ground: real students, real classrooms, real grind of early stage startup.
This is a zero-cliché internship. You report directly to the founders from day one. Your work goes live on the internet with QBee's name on it. You produce a minimum of 15 pieces of content per week.
It's a full-time, in-office role.
Location: Balewadi, Pune! (Your role will include travelling with team to various locations across country)
What We Need From You
A portfolio. Links to things you have made and put out into the world. Not a resume. Not a cover letter. Show us the work.
Beyond that:
- You edit fast and well. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci - tool doesn't matter, output does
- You own a smartphone that shoots clean video. That is our production studio.
- You can be in Pune and available on-site and in office, every day.
- You are available to join immediately
- You have taste. You can watch a video and tell us exactly what's wrong with it - and why.
- You've made content before, even for a small audience. You shipped it anyway.
- AI-first thinking and approach to your work.
We Don't Care About
- Your degree or your college. Your follower count. Whether you've worked at an agency. Whether you've formally studied marketing.
What You'll Do
- Shoot founder-led content, product walkthroughs, student stories, classroom moments, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Edit raw footage into sharp, platform-native content - Reels, LinkedIn videos, YouTube Shorts.
- Build 3–5 platform-specific assets from a single recording. What works on Reels is not what gets posted on LinkedIn.
- Own captions, posting cadence, and hashtag strategy across platforms
- Produce atleast 15 content pieces per week - videos, carousels, and posts
- Brief the founders weekly on what's working in the creator ecosystem and what we should be doing differently
- Use AI extensively to get your work done.
What You Get
- Direct access to founders. No layers, no middlemen.
- Your content will represent a movement, a impact, a change that is live in schools and institutes across India, reaching thousands of real students
- A portfolio of actual work from an actual company - not mock projects or college assignments.
- Real ownership from week one. If something goes up badly, that's on you. If something goes viral, that's yours.
- Industry standard Stipend
- Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) if you are outstanding.
How to Apply
Do not send a resume.
Grab your phone. Step outside. Shoot a 60–90 second video of anything that catches your eye — a person, a place, a moment, a detail most people walk past. No brief. No topic. Just what you notice and how you see it.
Edit it. Upload it to YouTube. Send us the link.
Two things we'll be looking at: how you see the world, and how you cut what you see.
One rule - the video must be freshly shot for this application. Attach a screenshot of the video file details from your phone or device showing the date and time it was recorded. We will check.
Send the YouTube link and the screenshot to: reach@qbee.in
Subject line: QBee Content Intern
No old videos. No repurposed content. Show us something new.
The sharpest eye gets the interview. Applications close when we find the right person.
