Content & Video Editor
We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Curator and Reels/Podcast Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for curating and managing high-quality content across various digital platforms, including social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and You tube.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit engaging, visually appealing short-form video content (Reels) and posts for our social media platforms.
- Produce and edit high-quality podcast episodes, including recording, editing, and optimizing audio content.
- Ensure the podcast and Reels content aligns with our brand's messaging and resonates with our target audience.
- Visualize and create static designs at ancillary levels (reel covers, etc.)
- Utilize various AI tools to streamline editing processes and enhance creativity.
- Aligning with the marketing and social media team to achieve the goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas to enhance the content experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in content curation, social media management, and/or podcast production.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and audio editing tools (e.g. Audacity etc.).
- Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
