Role Description
The Content Team Lead is a full-time position, located on-site at our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will oversee and guide a dynamic content team to develop creative and engaging content strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing content calendars, ensuring deadlines are met, coordinating with other departments, and mentoring team members. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality content that aligns with client goals and business objectives while closely monitoring project progress and ensuring strategic alignment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in team leadership and communication, effectively guiding, mentoring, and managing content teams while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proficient in content strategy, planning, and creation, with the ability to deliver engaging, high-quality, and creative content aligned with brand objectives.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of client-centric solutions.
- Experienced in collaborating with digital marketing teams to monitor brand performance, analyze progress, and optimize content strategies for growth.
- Skilled in client communication, providing regular updates on performance, growth metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Responsible for reporting client performance and growth insights to management with clear, data-driven analysis.
- Adept at strategic planning and decision-making, aligning content initiatives with overall business and marketing goals.
- Experienced in developing content strategies, coordinating with teams, and ensuring seamless execution of deliverables.
- Proven ability in client acquisition and retention through effective pitching, presentations, and showcasing service capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, with prior experience in leading content teams or managing content projects.
