Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Team Lead based in Cunningham Road, Bengaluru.
The Content Team Lead will oversee and guide the content team to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Responsibilities include developing and managing content strategies, overseeing the creation and editing of written materials, assigning and reviewing tasks, ensuring effective communication across the team, and collaborating with other departments to align content initiatives with company objectives.
Minimum: 2 years of experience as Content Development Lead
Work Location : On Site - Cunningham Road, Bangalore
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Team Leadership and Communication to manage, guide, and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Content Management and Writing, Social Media, Content Curation, and Video direction, with a focus on creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content.
- Experience in Project Management to oversee content timelines, workflows, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills to ensure the team performs at optimal levels.
- Prior experience in managing content teams and familiarity with industry-related trends are beneficial.
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and a passion for delivering exceptional content experiences.
