THE INSTITUTION
We are building a purpose-built finance institution in Mumbai, that brings out India's best finance talent.
Its curriculum is co-authored by CEOs and vetted by an academic council drawn from India's and the world's leading institutions. Its first batch of 60 students enrolls in 2027. It is being built for the top 1% of BFSI talent, and co-owned with the industry it will serve for generations.
THE ROLE:
Most people don't know this institution exists yet. This role changes that.
- As Content Lead, you will own the narrative that puts India's first dedicated finance school on the map - with prospective students, BFSI leaders, the academic world, and the profession at large. You will build the content strategy, design AI-powered production pipelines, and create the voice of an institution being built in real time.
- The founding team includes leadership from top Indian business institutions and an industry council of CEOs across BFSI tracks. That access - and the story behind why this institution is being built - is your raw material.
- This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who has driven measurable audience growth, built AI workflows in production, and wants to do the most consequential content work of their career.
WHAT YOU OWN:
- Founding Narrative : Shape how a once-in-a-generation institution-building story is told across every channel. The voice, the angles, the editorial direction - all yours.
- Content production pipeline : Design and build AI-powered systems for research, scripting, packaging, and distribution. One person operating at the scale of a team.
- Short form and Long Form : Presence Build the institution's voice and make the founding team - Provost, finance faculty, industry council - visible and credible.
- Podcast & video strategy. First Ripple will convene India's most consequential BFSI leaders. Own the strategy and execution that turns that access into content.
- Performance & iteration. Track what works, analyse across dimensions, feed results back into the system. The content gets sharper every week.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Measurable track record. You've driven views, subscribers, or audience growth you can point to with numbers - not job titles.
- AI as infrastructure. You've built actual workflows, not just used ChatGPT. You know where it earns its place and where it falls apart.
- Operational instinct. You think in pipelines and systems. You've worked in production, not just ideation.
- Comfort with complexity. You can learn a dense domain fast and turn it into content people actually read.
- Taste and data. Strong point of view on what makes content good, verified by performance. Neither alone is enough.
- 4-7 years experience in content strategy, creator operations, or digital media.
This is Probably not the RIGHT FIT if:
- You want to manage and approve content rather than build and make it yourself.
- Your experience is purely in brand or corporate comms with no audience-growth results.
- Ambiguity makes you uncomfortable. The institution doesn't fully exist yet. That's the point.
