Content Head at Dayly Body

We’re Dayly - India’s first whipped body care brand.
Our body wash is called Vanilla Sponge Cake. We literally put it in the fridge for content.
We’re looking for someone who gets it.
You’ll own our Instagram end-to-end - ideas, captions, shoots, creators, everything.
You’re not executing someone else’s strategy.
You’re building ours.
You need:
- 2+ years in content (D2C brand or creative agency)
- A personal Instagram or portfolio that proves you know what good content looks like
- The ability to write captions that make people add to cart
- A slightly unhealthy obsession with how brands talk
You don't need:
- A marketing degree
- Experience with every platform
- A big-brand background
We care about your taste and output — not your CV format.
Description:
- Own the monthly content calendar (planned 2 weeks in advance)
- Write every caption, hook, and text overlay
- Plan and direct shoots (yes, like the ones you just saw)
- Manage creators/micro-influencers — outreach, briefs, reposts
- Track Instagram performance weekly — double down or cut ruthlessly
Skills:
- End-to-end content creation — you can concept, design, and ship without depending on others
- Strong design ability — Canva/Adobe, typography, layout, color — your work should look like a brand, not templates
- Video editing — you can edit Reels fast (cuts, pacing, sound, basic motion)
- Copywriting that converts — hooks, captions, overlays that actually drive action
- Visual direction — you can plan shoots, give clear briefs, and get the exact output you want
- Content taste — you know what looks premium vs cheap instantly
- Trend + format instinct — you understand what works on Reels/Stories right now
- Instagram-native thinking — you know how to build a page, not just individual posts
- Speed — you can execute quickly without overthinking or missing deadlines
- Ownership mindset — you don’t wait for direction, you decide what goes live
