Role Overview
We are looking for a content-native thinker.
Someone who spends hours on Instagram, YouTube, and the internet not just consuming content, but understanding it.
You should naturally notice:
- why certain reels go viral
- why certain creators grow faster than others
- how formats evolve
- what makes people watch, share, and follow
This role involves working closely with artists to build their digital identity through strong content strategy, creative ideation, and execution.
You will help artists create content that is culturally relevant, strategically smart, and capable of growing real audiences.
This is not just a “social media management” role.
This is about understanding internet culture and turning it into strategy.
This is a paid internship role based in Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai, with a 6-day work week, operating in an onsite model.

What You’ll Do
- Content Strategy for Artists - Develop content strategies for artists that help grow audience, engagement, and cultural positioning. Identify content formats that align with the artist’s identity and long-term growth.
- Content Ideation and Format Development - Constantly research and generate new ideas for short-form and long-form content. Identify trends, archetypes, formats, and storytelling styles that perform well across platforms.
- Platform Understanding - Apply deep knowledge of platforms like Instagram and YouTube including algorithms, formats, features, and audience behaviour to create effective content plans.
- Scripting and Creative Direction - Write or support scripting for content pieces including reels, short videos, series formats, and longer storytelling formats.
- Content Production and Execution - Support and execute content shoots with artists including planning, scheduling, on-ground coordination, and production management.
- Creative Collaboration - Coordinate with editors, designers, videographers, and other creative collaborators to ensure high-quality output.
- Artist Channel Revamp and Growth - Audit and improve artist social media channels by identifying gaps in positioning, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Content IP Development - Contribute to the development of content-led projects, recurring formats, and IPs that help artists and the company build long-term digital presence.
- Trend and Culture Tracking - Stay constantly updated on pop culture, internet trends, creator ecosystems, and new formats emerging across global platforms.
- AI and Digital Tool Utilisation - Use modern AI tools and digital platforms to accelerate content ideation, creation, editing, and distribution.
Qualifications
- Based in Mumbai and available to work full-time.
- Prior internship or work experience in content, social media, or digital media is strongly preferred.
- Deep personal engagement with digital platforms including Instagram and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of internet culture, memes, creator ecosystems, and pop culture.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing, graphic design, and modern content tools.
- Comfortable working with AI tools used for content creation including text, video, audio, design, and image generation tools.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Strong passion for music with genuine enthusiasm for artists, stories, genres, and the global music landscape.
- Strong listening habits and cultural awareness.
- Comfortable with execution-heavy days and fast-paced workflows.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of executing multiple content projects simultaneously.
Role-Specific Edge
- A natural instinct for identifying what content works and why.
- Strong understanding of creator-led storytelling and content formats.
- Hands-on experience with editing tools or design tools.
- A strong personal taste in content, music, and culture.
- Ability to observe and analyse global content trends and adapt them for Indian audiences.
- Strong network or familiarity with creative collaborators such as editors, designers, and content creators.
