We're an AI-native product engineering company with roots in Ahmedabad and the USA. For over a decade, we've partnered with startups and enterprises — Roche, Amagi, Synergy Marine Group, and 20+ funded startups — to build products that ship and scale.
Our team is lean, collaborative, and flat-structured. Ideas carry more weight than titles. We use Claude Code and AI-assisted workflows internally — not as a talking point, but as how we actually build.
About the Role
We're looking for a content strategist and writer who can own our entire content function end-to-end. You'll work directly with the founder and sit alongside engineers and designers — not in a separate marketing silo.
SoluteLabs does genuinely differentiated work (production AI agents, RAG systems, conversational AI for pharma). But our content doesn't always reflect that. Too many of our blogs read like any other IT services company's SEO pages. We need someone who can close that gap.
This is not a "write blogs from briefs" role. You'll decide what we publish, for whom, and why. You'll interview engineers, extract real insights, and turn them into content that a CTO in San Francisco or Melbourne would actually read and share.
What you'll do
Content Strategy & Execution
- Own the content roadmap — blogs, case studies, landing pages, email sequences, and social media
- Interview internal teams to turn real project learnings into sharp, opinionated content — not generic thought leadership
- Repurpose one piece of content across 4–5 channels without it feeling repetitive
- Collaborate with external freelancers, designers, and the dev team on content production
SEO & Distribution
- Conduct keyword research to inform content planning — but think topical authority, not keyword-stuffing
- Audit and optimize existing content (structure, internal linking, copy quality)
- Track performance via Ahrefs, GA4, Search Console — and actually change the plan based on what the data says
AI-Native Workflow
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Surfer, whatever works) as a daily multiplier for research, outlining, editing, and repurposing. We already have quite a few workflows and AI agents that we've built internally.
- Know when AI output is good enough to edit and when it needs to be rewritten from scratch
- Help the broader team think about content as a system, not a checklist
What we're looking for
- 3–6 years in content writing / content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, tech services, or developer-adjacent spaces
- You know what RAG means, what an AI agent does, what a CI/CD pipeline is — not because you can build them, but because you can write about them without sounding like you Googled it 10 minutes ago
- Strong short-form writing (social, newsletters, email) AND the ability to write or direct long-form when the topic demands it
- Hands-on with SEO tools (Ahrefs or SEMrush, GA4, Search Console)
- Self-starter. If you need someone to assign you topics every week, this isn't the right fit
- Comfortable being in the Ahmedabad office 3–5 days/week — content is better when you overhear engineering conversations at lunch
Nice to Have
- Experience with CMS platforms like Sanity
- Understanding of CRO, funnel thinking, and how content drives pipeline (not just traffic)
- Familiarity with Beehiiv, Notion, or similar tools in our stack
