About The Role
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused
Content Strategist & Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, and digital brand building, especially in a B2B or SaaS environment.
This role is perfect for someone who understands how to create engaging content, grow brand presence organically, and manage social media campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and campaigns
- Write engaging captions, social media posts, hooks, and campaign messaging
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn page, including content publishing, audience engagement, and growth strategies
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for creatives, videos, and campaign assets
- Monitor social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, CTR, and follower growth
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
- Support paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta platforms
- Assist in content ideation for blogs, website content, email campaigns, and brand storytelling
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and product positioning
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content strategy
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and Instagram/Facebook content trends
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns and analytics
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding consistency
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B marketing or SaaS industry
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or personal branding strategies
- Basic video editing or reel creation skills
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Notion, or WordPress
