Location: On-site Bangalore / Hybrid (Store & event shoots involved)
108 Bespoke is looking for a Content Strategist who can take ownership of short-form video content from concept to execution.
This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling through video and can translate a premium brand aesthetic into engaging Instagram Reels and digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and plan reel ideas aligned with brand tone and campaigns
- Plan shoot for new collections launched by the Brand.
- Experience in coordinating with third party agencies for collaboration.
- Shoot short-form videos in-store, during fittings, consultations, and events
- Edit content when required (quick edits, reel-ready formats)
- Coordinate with external video editors for advanced post-production
- Ensure all content reflects a luxury, bespoke brand identity
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content trends
- Hands-on experience with video shooting (mobile or camera)
- Working knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro,After effects, InShot, etc.)
- Strong eye for aesthetics, framing, and visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end execution
Preferred Experience
- 3+ year experience in fashion, weddings, luxury, or lifestyle brands
- Prior experience creating content for social media platforms
