About the RoleWe’re looking for a sharp and creative Content Strategist Intern who can think beyond just posts and help shape content that actually performs. This role involves conceptualising campaigns, writing compelling copy, and contributing to performance-driven marketing efforts.
You will work closely with the team to create content that is engaging, trend-aware, and aligned with a student audience.
This role is ideal for college students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in content strategy and marketing. Candidates should already have some practical exposure through projects, internships, or freelance work.
This is a 6-month part-time internship with a stipend, with the possibility of a full-time opportunity based on performance.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualise campaign ideas, content hooks, and creative directions
- Write engaging copy for social media posts, campaigns, and marketing materials
- Contribute to performance marketing strategies (ads, captions, hooks, CTAs)
- Brainstorm and execute trend-based and viral content ideas
- Work closely with designers to bring content concepts to life
- Analyse what content performs well and iterate accordingly
- Assist in building a consistent brand voice and tone
Requirements- Open to college students and recent graduates with an interest in content and marketing
- Experience working on 2–3 content, marketing, or creative projects
- Strong skills in copywriting and communication
- Good understanding of social media trends and Gen Z content styles
- Basic understanding of performance marketing (hooks, engagement, conversions)
- Ability to think creatively and come up with fresh content ideas consistently
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Understanding of what performs well on social media (formats, trends, storytelling)
