We are looking for a reel-first Content Creative Strategist who understands what works on social media and performance ads. This role is ideal for someone who can write sharp hooks, think in formats, and connect creativity with data.
You will play a critical role in shaping short-form video narratives across paid and organic platforms, ensuring content is not just engaging—but effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and write high-performing Reel & short-form video scripts for paid ads and organic social
- Craft strong hooks within the first 1–3 seconds to stop the scroll
- Build multiple content angles for the same message (problem-led, curiosity, proof, storytelling, UGC-style)
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to optimize content based on CTR, watch time, retention, and conversions
- Translate insights into clear creative briefs for video editors, designers, and
- creators
- Develop content frameworks for:
o UGC-style ads
o Teacher-led or expert-led videos
o Offer-led and benefit-led reels
o Educational, value-driven content
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and storytelling across platforms
- Stay updated with reel trends, formats, platform behavior, and algorithm shifts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in content writing, creative strategy, or performance content
- Proven experience writing reels and short-form video content that performs
- Strong understanding of audience psychology, hooks, retention, and CTAs
- Ability to think in formats and frameworks, not just ideas
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
- Excellent written communication skills with a sharp, concise writing style
