Job details:
The Role
You will be the voice behind one of the most credentialed AI practitioners in the industry. Your job is to take raw thinking — voice notes, observations, rough ideas — and turn them into LinkedIn posts, newsletter editions, and thought leadership content that positions the founder as the go-to AI expert for enterprise leadership teams.
This is not a social media management role. Your job is entirely different: capture a practitioner's voice and translate it into content that drives enterprise pipeline.
Weekly Workflow
Monday — Capture
- Receive a 3–5 minute voice note with 2–3 observations from the previous week (client conversations, industry trends, frameworks, reactions to AI news)
- Transcribe and identify the strongest post-worthy ideas
Tuesday–Wednesday — Draft
- Draft 2–3 LinkedIn posts (150–300 words each, first person, clear point of view)
- Draft weekly newsletter (1,200–1,500 words, 70% narrative / 30% data)
- Send drafts for review
Thursday–Saturday — Publish
- Incorporate edits and publish on the agreed cadence
- Publish newsletter via existing email platform
Ongoing
- Write case-study-style posts after training engagements
- Collect and organize client testimonials
- Repurpose newsletter content into shorter LinkedIn posts
- Support book project by transcribing voice-note chapter drafts into structured prose
RequirementsMust Have
- Exceptional English writing skills. Not academic. Not marketing-speak. Natural, conversational, confident prose that sounds like a smart person talking to a peer. If your writing sounds like a LinkedIn influencer template or an AI-generated output, this isn't the right fit.
- Ability to write in someone else's voice. You'll study existing content and replicate the tone: direct, opinionated, grounded in specific examples, occasionally blunt, never obviously self-promotional.
- Basic understanding of AI and technology. Enough to know the difference between LLMs and traditional ML, what "agentic AI" means, why governance matters. You don't need to code. You need to not embarrass a technical expert.
- Reliability and speed. Drafts delivered within 24 hours of receiving voice notes. No missed weeks.
- Comfort with feedback. Edits will be heavy in the first few weeks, lighter over time. Treat edits as learning, not criticism.
Nice to Have
- Experience ghostwriting for founders, executives, or technical leaders
- Familiarity with LinkedIn's algorithm (hooks, formatting, post length)
- Newsletter writing experience (Substack, Beehiiv, ConvertKit, or similar)
- Background in journalism, editorial writing, or content strategy
- Interest in the AI/enterprise technology space
How to Apply
