Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and strategic Content Writer to manage content for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should be able to understand client businesses, develop content strategies, create compelling content across digital platforms, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution. The role requires strong communication, research, planning, and account management skills.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Account Management- Manage multiple client accounts and serve as the primary content point of contact.
- Understand client business objectives, target audience, and brand positioning.
- Attend client meetings, gather requirements, and present content ideas and strategies.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely updates.
- Ensure all content deliverables are aligned with client expectations and marketing goals.
2. Research & Content Strategy- Research client industries, competitors, target audience, and market trends.
- Develop monthly content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create content roadmaps, campaign ideas, and content pillars for each client.
- Prepare monthly social media content calendars and website content plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve content quality and overall brand communication.
3. Content DevelopmentCreate engaging, compelling, and brand-aligned content for:
- Social Media Creative texts and Captions
- LinkedIn Posts
- Carousel Copy
- Reel & Video Scripts
- Website Content (Home, About, Services, Landing Pages, etc.)
- Blogs and Articles
- Email Campaigns & Newsletters
- Case Studies
- Marketing Collaterals
- Company Profiles & Presentations
- Ad Copies (Google & Meta)
4. Website Content & Brand Communication- Develop website content that clearly communicates the client's products, services, and value proposition.
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all digital platforms.
- Refresh and optimize existing website content whenever required.
5. Content Planning & Execution- Coordinate with designers, video editors, SEO specialists, and project managers for seamless execution.
- Manage social media platforms by coordinating content scheduling, publishing posts, maintaining content calendars, and ensuring timely execution across client accounts.
- Prepare detailed content briefs for the creative team.
- Ensure content is delivered within agreed timelines.
- Manage revisions and incorporate client feedback efficiently.
- Maintain quality standards across all deliverables.
6. Performance & Continuous Improvement- Review content performance using basic engagement metrics.
- Suggest improvements based on audience response and campaign performance.
- Continuously identify new content opportunities and formats to improve engagement and lead generation.

- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency will be preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and social media platforms is an added advantage.
