This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients.
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be responsible for owning end-to-end campaign execution, from ideation to final output.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands the target audience deeply, can conceptualize impactful campaigns, write compelling copy, and collaborate on content production including shoots and editing. You will play a key role in shaping how our brand communicates across channels and drives engagement, awareness, and conversions.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Ideation & Strategy: Conceptualize and develop innovative marketing campaigns across D2C ads Platform (Meta & Amazon Ads) aligned with brand goals and target audience insights.
- End-to-End Execution: Own the entire campaign lifecycle—from idea generation, scripting, content creation, shoot coordination, to final delivery.
- Content Creation: Write engaging and high-converting copy for ads, social media, website, email campaigns, and product storytelling.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with designers, videographers, and editors to bring campaign ideas to life.
- Video Content & Editing: Assist in planning shoots and perform basic video editing to create platform-ready content.
- Audience Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of customer personas, behaviors, and preferences to craft relevant messaging.
- Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure all communication aligns with Blue Tea’s brand identity and tone.
- Platform Strategy: Adapt content strategies across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, website, and marketplaces.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor campaigns, and content innovations.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance and optimize content strategies based on insights.
Skills Required
- Strong creative thinking and campaign ideation skills
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Basic video editing skills (tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
- Ability to manage shoots and coordinate with creative teams
- Strong understanding of target audience and consumer psychology
- Good sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with D2C or wellness brands
- Experience in performance marketing-driven content
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.
- Hands-on experience in campaign shoots and production
