Role Overview
We're looking for a Content Writer & Strategist who thinks beyond writing — someone who can shape VerbaFlo's brand narrative, drive audience growth, and build content that positions us as the go-to voice in AI-powered real estate technology. This is a strategic role. You'll own content end-to-end: from quarterly roadmaps to LinkedIn posts, newsletters to product messaging, and thought leadership to campaign storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Strategy first — Define quarterly content roadmaps aligned with product launches, campaigns, and brand priorities
- Social media — Own LinkedIn content for company and leadership profiles, experiment with formats, track performance, and double down on what works
- Newsletters — Write and manage monthly newsletters that build audience, drive engagement, and reinforce industry authority
- Website & product messaging — Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions across landing pages and product pages
- Thought leadership — Identify and own topics in AI, PropTech, and real estate automation & support leadership in publishing industry commentary
- Campaign content — Develop messaging frameworks across social, email, and web for launches, announcements, and partnerships
- Performance & optimisation — Track what's working, report on insights, and continuously refine strategy
Requirements
- 3–4 years of content writing and strategy experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
- Strong storytelling ability with a strategic lens — you understand why content is being created, not just what
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn content and social media growth
- Ability to simplify complex product concepts into clear, audience-friendly narratives
- Data-driven mindset — you use performance insights to make better content decisions
- Genuine curiosity about AI and real estate technology
