Key Responsibilities:
- Content Planning: Brainstorming viral concepts, hooks, and trend-based content for our channels.
- Production: Coordinating with Master Teachers (MTs) for shoots and creating engaging "selfie-style" content.
- High-Retention Editing: Cutting fast-paced, Gen Z-focused videos with strong hook, storytelling, and sound design.
- Trend Execution: Monitoring social trends and adapting them to our educational niche in real-time.
- Performance Analysis: Iterating on content based on view-through rates and engagement metrics.
Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise: Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut (for mobile-first speed).
- Gen Z Mindset: Deep understanding of YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and the "edutainment" space.
- Ownership: Ability to manage a daily posting cadence without constant hand-holding.
- Speed: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced "growth" environment.
