Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Strategist located in Mohali district. Looking for someone who understands content beyond just posting. If you can think, plan, and execute content that actually performs, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute content strategies for social media
- Come up with strong content ideas, campaigns, and formats
- Write scripts for reels and short-form content
- Build moodboards and define visual direction for shoots
- Work closely with design and video teams to bring ideas to life
- Stay on top of trends, platform shifts, and what’s actually working
- Track performance and refine content based on insights
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of social media and content strategy
- Ability to think in ideas, not just execution
- Good scriptwriting and storytelling skills
- Clear sense of visual direction and aesthetics
- Someone who knows what works, what doesn’t, and why
- Hands-on mindset, not just planning but execution too
