About Terrapy
Terrapy is building a women’s wellness ecosystem focused on hormonal health across every stage of life, from PMS and PCOS to perimenopause and menopause.
We are not trying to build another wellness brand that speaks in perfect pastel templates and generic self-care language.
We are interested in the real lives of women:
- how they feel
- how they function
- what overwhelms them
- what they carry silently
- how wellness fits into real routines, relationships, workdays, bodies, moods, and transitions.
Terrapy sits at the intersection of:
- science
- rituals
- storytelling
- emotional wellbeing

We are looking for someone who genuinely understands modern consumer behaviour, internet culture, storytelling, and brand thinking and not just someone who can “make content.”
The Role
You will help shape how Terrapy thinks, sounds, communicates, launches, and shows up as a brand.
This is a hands-on creative strategy role that combines:
- storytelling
- campaign thinking
- copywriting
- creative direction
- consumer insight
- brand strategy
- launch ideation
- creator thinking
- and cultural observation.
You should be able to think in:
- concepts
- narratives
- emotional hooks
- behavioural insight
- and consumer psychology.
You understand the difference between:
content people consume
vs
content people feel seen by.
And you understand that good creative is not decoration.
It changes perception, behaviour, trust, and recall.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer behaviour
- Deep understanding of internet culture and modern digital communication
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and taste
- Curious about women, wellness, culture, beauty, behaviour, routines, and identity
- Comfortable using AI tools as thinking and ideation accelerators
- Ability to translate messy thoughts into clear concepts and campaigns
- Someone observant, emotionally intelligent, and highly self-aware
Bonus if you:
- understand D2C brands well
- understand how content affects conversion
- understand creator ecosystems
- understand audience psychology
- can identify why something resonates, not just that it did
What You’ll Own
Brand & Creative Strategy
- Work closely with the founder on campaign ideation, launches, storytelling, and brand direction
- Help evolve Terrapy’s voice, positioning, and communication systems
- Develop creative territories, messaging angles, and storytelling frameworks
- Build ideas that are emotionally resonant but commercially sharp
Copy & Communication
- Write:
- campaign copy
- hooks
- scripts
- founder narratives
- launch messaging
- website copy
- product storytelling
- retention messaging
- brand language systems
- Understand how tone shifts across surfaces and audiences
Consumer & Cultural Insight
- Study how women behave, consume, scroll, save, purchase, discuss, and emotionally respond online
- Identify behavioural and cultural patterns relevant to the brand
- Translate insights into actionable creative ideas and campaigns
- Be deeply curious about real life, not just trends
Campaigns & Ideation
- Conceptualise launches, rituals, activations, partnerships, and storytelling campaigns
- Think beyond “content calendars”
- Help create ideas people remember, share, and emotionally connect with
- Build narratives around products, rituals, emotions, and everyday experiences
Creative Direction
- Build moodboards, references, narrative directions, and conceptual frameworks
- Help ensure visual and verbal consistency across the brand
- Work alongside designers, creators, agencies, and performance teams
