We’re Hiring: Content Strategists (Freelance Remote + In-House On-Site) – Hyderabad
We’re looking for creative and strategic Content Strategists who can plan high-performing social media concepts for creatives & reels, coordinate with clients for approvals, and guide execution with our design, video, and shoot teams.
We are hiring for two roles:
Freelance Content Strategist (Remote – Hyderabad Preferred)
- Work from home
- Payment: Account-wise / Monthly per client
- Must be available for shoot planning discussions & occasional on-ground shoots in Hyderabad (if required)
In-House Content Strategist (On-Site – Hyderabad)
- Full-time office role
- 3 LPA - 6 LPA
- Direct coordination with clients, designers & video team
- Active involvement in shoot planning, concept direction & on-set supervision
Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)
- Build monthly social media strategies & content calendars
- Develop reel concepts, hooks, scripts, and creative campaign ideas
- Present ideas to clients and obtain approvals
- Convert approved ideas into clear briefs for designers & video editors
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality & timely delivery
- Plan and participate in shoots, guiding videographers on:
- Concept execution
- Shot flow
- Messaging & performance focus
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, audience & business goals
- Suggest improvements based on content performance & trends
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in social media strategy / content planning
- Strong understanding of Instagram reels, storytelling & trend adaptation
- Comfortable handling clients independently
- Ability to translate ideas into clear execution directions
- Experience working with designers, editors & videographers
- Organized, proactive, and deadline-driven
- Based in or accessible to Hyderabad
Bonus If You Have
- Agency experience handling multiple brands
- Experience directing brand shoots / reel shoots
- Multi-industry exposure (Real Estate / Jewellery / Education / Retail / Healthcare etc.)
- Content examples that generated strong engagement or leads
