🚨 We’re Hiring - Content Strategist (Interior Design Industry) 🚨
📍 Location: Mumbai (On-site)
Role: Full-Time
Salary: ₹12 LPA – ₹24 LPA

Since 2009, we have been delivering turnkey corporate interior design solutions across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Ahmedabad and other growing business hubs across India.
We are now looking for experienced and creative Content Strategists who understand the interior design and architecture industry and can transform projects, concepts and brand ideas into compelling digital content and campaigns.
About the Role
As a Content Strategist, you will be responsible for building and managing the brand’s digital storytelling across social media, website content, project presentations, campaigns, reels and marketing communication.
You will work closely with designers, 3D visualization teams, project managers and marketing professionals to create content that reflects the scale, creativity and execution quality of our projects.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to market interior design projects, workplace transformations, design processes, materials, layouts, trends and client experiences through engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute content strategies for corporate interior and workspace design projects
• Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, website blogs, reels, project showcases, and brand campaigns
• Plan storytelling around ongoing projects, site updates, design concepts, before/after transformations, and workspace trends
• Coordinate with design and execution teams to gather project insights and visual content
• Manage brand communication across digital platforms while maintaining a consistent visual and content identity
• Research interior design, architecture, workspace, and commercial real estate trends to create relevant content
• Analyze audience engagement, social media performance, and campaign metrics to improve content strategy
Requirements
• 3 - 6+ years of experience in content strategy, social media marketing, or brand communication
• Prior experience in the interior design, architecture, real estate, furniture, workspace design, or related creative industry is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and digital content trends
• Ability to understand and communicate interior concepts, materials, layouts, and design processes effectively
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative communication skills
• Experience in planning campaigns, reels, and visual-first content strategies
• Basic understanding of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other editing/design tools preferred
• Strong coordination and project communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
