Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Content Strategist. The Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies, managing content across multiple platforms, creating original content and overseeing content development processes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and engage target audiences through compelling and effective storytelling.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in content strategy, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably within a creative agency, brand, or startup environment.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and evolving digital content trends, including what drives engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Proven experience in planning and managing monthly content calendars, including campaign ideation, scheduling and coordinating content across platforms.
- Ability to develop creative content ideas, storytelling angles and brand narratives that align with a brand’s voice and positioning.
- A basic understanding of design principles and visual communication, allowing you to collaborate effectively with designers and ensure content aligns with the brand’s visual identity.
- Experience working closely with designers, videographers, social media managers or other creative team members to bring content concepts to life.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear captions, short-form copy and content briefs.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and audience insights and use this data to refine and improve content strategies.
- Familiarity with content planning and project management tools such as Notion, Trello, Google Workspace, or similar platforms for organizing workflows and collaboration.
- Previous experience in branding, creative studios, marketing agencies, or content-driven environments will be considered a strong advantage.
