Creative Strategist (Content and Brand)
ReviewandRatings.com is building a home for every book lover, a space where readers discover books, share thoughtful reviews, and connect with a growing community. As we grow, we are looking for someone who can shape how our brand feels across platforms, not just how it looks.
This role is for someone who can think beyond trends, bring originality to content, and guide a team of designers, writers, and editors to create something that stands out in the book space. You will be responsible for defining the creative direction of our content, especially for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn, and turning ideas into meaningful, memorable experiences.
What we’re looking for in you:
• Strong sense of aesthetics and taste
• Ability to think in concepts, not just execution
• Natural instinct for storytelling and emotional connection
• Ability to see creative direction before execution begins
• Not dependent on trends or copying existing content
• Confidence to guide and direct designers, editors, and writers
• Attention to detail in visual and narrative consistency
• Curiosity to question “why” before creating anything
• Ability to bring originality into a saturated content space
• Bonus: interest in books or understanding of reader psychology
We are not looking for someone to just create content, we are looking for someone who can define a creative identity. If you believe content can be more than just posts, and you want to build something meaningful from the ground up, we would love to work with you.
Why This Role:
This is not a typical internship.
You’ll be working directly with the founder, contributing to a live platform, and helping shape how a book ecosystem is built from day one. This is for someone who wants real ownership and involvement, not just tasks.
Compensation:
Unpaid(3 months) (early-stage founding role)
This is best suited for someone who is looking for ownership, learning, and the opportunity to be part of building something from the ground up.
