ABOUT REDIAL CLINIC
ReDiaL Clinic is a metabolic reversal clinic in South Delhi. We reverse Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, and Obesity — not manage them, reverse them. Doctor-led, evidence-based, real outcomes. The clinical work is genuinely compelling. We have an in-house editor and photographer. What we need now is the strategic brain.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a Content Strategist who can own the content narrative for ReDiaL Clinic across platforms — not just execute posts. Someone who understands healthcare brands deeply, can develop a distinct content identity rooted in clinical credibility, and has the strategic vision to drive growth on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn simultaneously.
Instagram is the primary and non-negotiable focus. YouTube is a serious secondary channel. LinkedIn is a growing priority and a strong advantage. You will ideate, direct, brief the team, coordinate end-to-end production, and own the numbers across all three.
This is not a coordination role. Strategy, content direction, and channel ownership are yours to run.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Instagram — Primary Channel
- Own the Instagram presence end-to-end — strategy, content direction, publishing, and growth
- Drive Reels reach and saves as the primary growth levers
- Know what formats, sounds, and trends are working right now — and move on them fast
- Develop a distinct content identity rooted in ReDiaL's clinical credibility and patient outcomes
- Monitor Instagram Insights weekly — reach, saves, shares, follower growth, and profile visits
YouTube — Secondary Channel
- Own the YouTube channel — series structure, SEO, thumbnails, and upload cadence
- Repurpose long-form clinical content into YouTube-optimised formats
- Track watch time, subscriber growth, and click-through rates as primary metrics
LinkedIn — Growing Priority
- Build ReDiaL's professional presence on LinkedIn — brand voice, thought leadership, and B2B positioning
- Coordinate with the Founder's Office on content that represents clinical authority and institutional credibility
Content Production and Coordination
- Brief the in-house editor and photographer before every shoot — references, format, platform, and intent
- Manage the content pipeline from ideation to final output — no dropped balls, no missed deadlines
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut) as a standard part of the workflow — not occasionally
- Build a repurposing system: one shoot yields multiple formats across Reels, carousels, Stories, and YouTube
Performance and Reporting
- Own the numbers across all channels — reach, engagement, follower growth, saves — updated regularly
- Conduct a weekly review of what landed, what flopped, and what to double down on
- Share a monthly snapshot with the Founder's Office — what happened, what is coming
Ads Creative Support
- Identify high-performing organic content and flag it for paid amplification
- Support the performance marketing team with creative briefs — hooks, thumbnails, and video cuts
KEY RESULT AREAS
Instagram Growth
Follower growth and reach tracked every month. The expectation is a consistent upward trend month on month. Reviewed weekly and monthly.
Content Output
Minimum 5 pieces per week across Reels, carousels, and Stories. No exceptions on volume. Reviewed weekly and monthly.
YouTube Management
Minimum 2 uploads per month with a focus on SEO, thumbnail quality, and channel growth. Reviewed weekly and monthly.
LinkedIn Presence
1 to 2 posts per week with a focus on professional positioning and engagement rate. Reviewed weekly and monthly.
Healthcare Brand Voice
Every piece of content must be consistent with ReDial's tone and clinical credibility. Zero off-brand or medically inaccurate content is the standard. Reviewed weekly and monthly.
Content Coordination
Shoot briefs delivered 48 hours before every shoot. Zero missed deadlines on editor turnaround. Reviewed weekly and monthly.
Performance Reporting
Weekly insights shared with the Founder's Office. Monthly snapshot report covering what worked, what did not, and what is coming next.
Ads Creative Support
Minimum 2 high-performing organic pieces flagged per month for paid amplification, with clear rationale for each.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
Non-Negotiable
- 3+ years managing brand Instagram accounts — not personal pages
- Proven experience with a healthcare, wellness, or medical brand — mandatory, no exceptions
- Deep, native understanding of Instagram — algorithm, formats, growth mechanics, and analytics
- Demonstrated ability to manage YouTube — SEO, series planning, thumbnails, and upload cadence
- Proven track record of growing reach, followers, or engagement — with numbers to back it
- Experience using AI tools as a standard part of a real production workflow
- Ability to brief a photographer and editor with clarity — you do not shoot or cut, but you know exactly what you want
- Strong written communication in English and Hindi — captions, scripts, briefs
- Immediate availability — this is an on-site, full-time role. No remote. No part-time.
Strong Advantage
- Experience managing LinkedIn for a professional services, healthcare, or B2B brand
- Experience managing multiple social media channels simultaneously across different content formats
- Understanding of Meta Ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Prior exposure to clinical content — patient stories, medical explainers, doctor-led content
PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT — MANDATORY
Every candidate must come with proof of work. No exceptions. If you cannot show the work, we cannot move forward. The portfolio is the first round.
