Hiring: Content Strategist (Full-Time | On-site) | Immediate Joiner
We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist who can plan, build, and scale brand presence through powerful content.

📍 Location: Indore
🗓 Working: 6 Days a Week
⏰ Shift: 8 Hours
🔍 Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals
* Build and maintain a strong brand voice, positioning, and storytelling
* Plan end-to-end content calendars across platforms
* Write high-quality content including captions, ad copies, blogs, and marketing communication
* Create scripts for reels, ads, and video content
* Plan and manage UGC (User Generated Content) strategies
• Identify and collaborate with creators, influencers, and partners
• Drive content collaborations and brand partnerships
* Analyze content performance and optimize based on engagement, reach, and conversions
* Stay updated with market trends, viral formats, and audience behavior
* Work closely with design, video, and marketing teams to execute campaigns
Required Skills
* Experience in content strategy & brand building
* Strong content writing and storytelling skills
• Expertise in script writing for short-form content (ReelsAds)
• Understanding of UGC and influencer marketing and voiceover
• Ability to think creatively + strategically
• Knowledge of social media trends and content formats
